How do I place order for items listed on the website?

Add the items to cart and follow the steps listed.
Step 1: Key in confirmation email address.
Step 2: Key in Delivery/Pickup method.
Step 3: Key in the date you need the items.
Step 4: Make payment.
Step 5: Review purchase.

If you have any questions regarding the cake design, delivery/pick up or any other special requests, please whatsapp us at 9768 9827 before placing your order online, as we do not process any refunds after payment has been received.

How do I place order for Custom Cakes?

Custom cake orders are to be placed 2-4weeks in advance depending on our availability.
You can find out more information on our custom cakes and fill out the form here to order!
We do not reply to DMs or FB messages. Thank you :)

Do you deliver?

Yes we do.
Delivery is at an additional charge of $25
Here are our delivery hours:
MONDAY CLOSED
Tuesday to Saturday 9am to 6pm
Sunday 9am to 4pm
Do specify a 1-2hr timeslot.

Can I pick up?

Yes you may pick up at our store located at Blk 5 Everton Park #01-24 S080005.
If you are engaging lalamove/grab, to pick up the cakes, please refrain from ordering motorbike services. We strictly do not allow our cakes to be transported with motorbikes/bicycles.
Please let us know that you are ordering a 3rd party delivery and we will give you detailed instructions for the driver to ensure a safe delivery.

Can I cancel my order?

For website orders[cancellation within 24hrs]:
If you have made a mistake in your order please let us know within 24hrs so we can process the cancellation and refund, or make necessary changes on our end.

For customise cake orders:
If you would like to cancel your order for some other reason, please note that 50% of the total amount paid will be forfeited. The remaining 50% can be kept as future credits and/or refunded by paynow transfer.
