How do I place order for items listed on the website?
Please place your orders carefully as we do not issue refunds after payment has been made.
Add the items to cart and follow the steps listed.
Step 1: Key in confirmation email address.
(key in this manually, dont use autofill function. If it detects applepay or googlepay, you will automatically be selected for a delivery.)
Step 2: Key in Delivery/Pickup method.
Step 3: Select the date you require the cake & confirm the delivery or pick up details.
Step 4: Make payment.
Step 5: Review purchase.
If you have any questions regarding the cake design, delivery/pick up or any other special requests, please whatsapp us at 9768 9827 before placing your order online, as we do not process any refunds after payment has been received.
Can I make changes to a classic cake?
We do not offer customisation for classic cakes to ensure quality and minimise errors. If you would like to customise a cake, please whatsapp us at 9768 9827 to discuss :)
How do I place an order for a Custom Cakes?
Still don’t see anything you like on the our Custom cakes tab? Whatsapp us at 9768 9827. Lead time is usually 2 weeks, but if it’s a simple design, we are happy to help!
Do you deliver?
Yes we do.
Delivery is at an additional charge of $25
Here are our delivery hours:
MONDAY CLOSED
Tuesday to Saturday 9.30am to 6.30pm
Sunday 9.30am to 3.30pm
Do specify a 1-2hr timeslot.
My party is on Sunday evening/Monday then how?
We are only open till 2pm on Sundays and Mondays are our off days. If your party is on Sunday evening or Monday, please make arrangements for storage space in the fridge. The cake will be good in the fridge for a day. Thank you for respecting our operating hours.
Can you deliver earlier?
The earliest delivery timeslot is 9.30am to 10.30am.
We are unfortunately unable to deliver any earlier than that. Thank you for respecting our time :)
Then can you deliver later than 6.30pm?
Unfortunately not, as it’s mostly peak hour then and delays are often met at that time.
Can I pick up?
Yes you may pick up at our store located at Blk 5 Everton Park #01-24 S080005.
Can I get my own delivery service?
We strictly do not allow our cakes to be transported with motorbikes/bicycles.
Call lalamove car/grab express car.
Please let us know if you are ordering a 3rd party delivery and we will give you & the driver detailed instructions for a safe delivery.
Can I pick up earlier than 10am?
The earliest pick up time we allow will be 9.30-10am. We are unable to allow pick ups earlier than that. If you need the cake very early in the morning, do consider picking it up the day before and prepare storage space in the fridge for it. Thank you for respecting our time.
Can I cancel/amend my order?
If you need to cancel or make changes to your order, charges will apply.

How do I store my cakes/cupcakes/macarons?
Cake:
Keep in aircon 16deg-25deg for 1–2 hours.
Refrigerate thereafter.
Bring to room temp 45mins - 1hr before serving
(the larger the cake, the longer time to thaw.)
Cupcake:
Keep in aircon (16–25°C) for up to 6 hours
Refrigerate if not consuming same day
Bring to room temp 45 mins before serving
Store leftovers airtight for up to 3 days
Macarons/tarts:
Keep refrigerated at all times
